This projevct involved delving into material studies beyond the usual material-form assosications through learning meaningful ways of working with the chosen materials by hands-on exploration.
The first part of this project (Set 1) involved analysing the ubiquitous brick in its various aspects, then deconstructing and dematerialising the construct of a brick.
Set 2 took on an investigation into the formal language of a cable ties, and using that to develop a design methodology for formal developments.
Set 3 adressed metamorphisis properties of a material and its transformability aspects, in reponse to which soda tabs were investigated.
