These cubes were designed as an excersise of learning to understand the phsyical attributes, control functions, and visual signals of buttons used in general design. The intuitive properties of different types of buttons were studied, and based on which, these cubes were designed.
Each of these cube “button” prototypes entails one of the following func tions: twist, pull, or shift respectively.
